Film Processing

Panopticon Imaging sets the standard for the highest quality black & white film processing and contact printing. We have been perfecting the art and science of film processing for nearly four decades, with a professional standard that continues to this day. We calibrate and re-evaluate our equipment and processes daily to insure best results for our clients.

We offer standard dip and dunk as well as custom hand line film processing services.

Our Hostert dip and dunk machine uses XTOL developer for most film. We use stainless steel tanks and spools for our hand line service, with D-76 developer mixed 1:1 @ 68°. A variety of developers are available upon request.

We process 35mm, 120, 4X5, and 8X10 black & white negative films. Specialty film processing available upon request.

Contact sheets are printed on glossy RC paper, number coded and not exposed through negative sleeves. Enlarged proof sheets are available.
